Becoming a Windsor COPE Neighborhood Leader
The COPE program is facilitated by Neighborhood Leaders who provide guidance to 10 to 20 houses in their immediate neighborhood. These Neighborhood Leaders work with the Windsor COPE Community Leader who represents the larger community.
Neighborhood Leaders provide their Neighborhood Teams with information, such as emergency preparedness and procedures before, during and after emergency events. The Windsor COPE Handbook provides Windsor Neighborhood Leaders with guidance and tools in organizing and preparing their Neighborhood Team for potential emergencies.
